Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of ART DE VIE's products and services (champagnes, wines, spirits, gift sets, workshops).

2. Legal age (18+)

The sale of alcohol is strictly reserved for adults. The client confirms being of legal age for any order or booking. Age may be verified at delivery or collection; the House reserves the right to refuse handover to anyone unable to prove they are of legal age.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in FCFA, all taxes included. The House reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of order.

4. Orders

Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+225 05 00 14 94 94) or the online shop. They are confirmed by the House after checking availability.

5. Payment

Payment by Wave, Orange Money (and additional methods to come). The order is prepared after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place after payment of the order. Delivery fees are borne by the client, via a third-party provider (Yango, Goya or equivalent). Delivery is offered by the House above 1,000,000 FCFA for individuals and 5,000,000 FCFA for businesses. Areas served: Abidjan (Cocody, Riviera Golf, Plateau, Marcory, Zone 4, Angré, Deux-Plateaux, Palmeraie). Collection available at the Riviera Golf Atelier.

7. Withdrawal & complaints

Given the nature of the products (foodstuffs/alcohol), return conditions are limited. Any complaint should be sent to [email protected].

Withdrawal/returns/warranty clauses to be reviewed legally (Ivorian law).

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Ivorian law.

Reserved for adults (18 and over). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
